  • Our rugs are artisan crafted and no two are alike. Given their handwoven nature, slight variations in shading and size are inherent to the design.
  • Rugs are characterized by tonal variations that may be affected by the light in a room as well as the angle from which the rug is viewed.
  • 100% of our rugs are hand knotted and woven by a skilled artisan from the Himalayas. Due to it being hand woven there will be slight shading variations on the design.
  • The rugs can me manufactured with any fabric you desire, silk, wool or viscose. The size of the rug can be customize to match the exact dimensions of your room.
  • All the rugs are hand crafted (100 knots) using the highest quality wool and silk fibers found in the higher altitudes of the Himalaya Mountains.
  • Allow 6 to 9 weeks for us to customize your rug from start to finish.
  • Our standard rug thickness will be 4mm or 0.16 inches. (3 mm (0.12 inches) and 5 mm (0.20 inches) are also available for your customization.
  • All our pricing includes FREE SHIPPING right to your door step. A signature is required for delivery.

  • Care and Maintenance of your hand crafted customized rug Vacuum on lower setting; initial shedding of loose fibers is normal and will lessen with normal vacuuming.
  • If you see loose ends, best to clip them with a nail clipper. Do not pull them out.
  • Turn your custom rug around once every year to equalize wear and tear.
  • Blot spills using cold water and a white towel immediately.
  • Professional rug cleaning is recommended every so often. Make sure harsh chemicals are no used.
  • To extend the life of the rug; we recommend using a rug pad (sold separately) Use for indoor use only.
